The farm and its story
Farming and running the olive mill have been part of Maria Sausa’s work. The handover to the next generation, Giulio Stramera, continues this family story, with the aim of sustaining that work and creating new opportunities.

The farm as a meeting place
Our vision is for a farm that extends the shared spaces of the town: somewhere to learn about production, meet the people who work the land and share experiences across generations.
Families, children and adults can come closer to nature through stories about the seasons, water and olives. Visits, readings and tastings are activities we would like to develop, keeping farming at the heart of the project.
